Most Valuable Problem

MVP actually stands for Minimum Viable Product but here is what it boils down to.

Before you become married to that gadget idea you keeping sketching on your beer coaster, you need to answer these two questions:

  1. Do people share this problem?
  2. Does my solution solve the problem?

Today’s video makes it clear: MVP is not about building a product, you’re simply trying to illicit a response from the customer.
