Lemon Peach Sparkling Mocktail
Ingredients
- 5 medium to large peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 liter sparkling water or seltzer
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
Steps
- Add peaches and lemon juice to blender and blend until smooth. Strain with a fine mesh strainer.
- Add 1 cup of purƩe to a carafe or pitcher. Add simple syrup and top off with sparkling water or seltzer.
