Lemon Peach Sparkling Mocktail

Ingredients

• 5 medium to large peaches
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1 liter sparkling water or seltzer
• 2 tbsp simple syrup

Steps

1. Add peaches and lemon juice to blender and blend until smooth. Strain with a fine mesh strainer.
2. Add 1 cup of purée to a carafe or pitcher. Add simple syrup and top off with sparkling water or seltzer.
3. Stir to combine.
