Ingredients
- 2 1-inch-cubed watermelon chunks
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/6 tsp cayenne pepper
- Garnish: lime wedge
Steps
- In a mixing glass, muddle the watermelon. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
