KFC Takes Aim
According to KFC, the Chicken Sandwich Wars may be over, but the Chicken Tender Battle has just begun.
The chain has announced its original-recipe tenders with a battle cry from the Middle Ages. KFC’s key opponents clad in familiar colors are strewn about the battlefield in defeat—one is even stabbed with a spork—while a valiant warrior rallies the troops for the challenge ahead.
And yes, chicken drumsticks are indeed thumped upon KFC war drums.
The Colonel even throws a few more stones in the YouTube caption: “Will it be the bland one that comes with all the sauces [to win]? The other bland with the childish mascots?”
