Gin Fizz before 4th of July Biz
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- Seltzer
- Lime wheels, for garnish
Steps
- Combine the gin, syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake it like a kid with a sparkler.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top off with seltzer and garnish with lime wheels.
