Steps
- Add the blanco tequila, mezcal, fennel juice, agave syrup, and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Double-strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Top with club soda. Garnish with fennel fronds and fennel pollen.
