- ¾ oz Barrell Armida
- ¾ oz Amaro Nonino
- ¾ oz Aperol
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- Strip of grapefruit zest, for garnish
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
