Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz dry gin
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Raspberries

Steps

  1. Muddle together raspberries and syrup.
  2. Add gin, vermouth, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake it up until emulsified.
  3. Shake again with ice.
  4. Strain into a fancy shmancy glass.
