Brilliant Earth is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager – Retention and Growth to join our Marketing department. You will scale and refine our retention marketing efforts, building customer engagement and retention across digital marketing channels, including email marketing. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop, direct and report on KPIs and measurement frameworks. This role will have significant opportunity to create business impact and elevate the customer journey for a mission driven D2C brand.
