Our designers work mainly on web-based projects. In this role you’ll implement best practices for user experiences, build wireframes and user flows, and present designs directly to clients.
The UX/UI Designer will work with the entire production and client management team. They are primarily responsible for designing and presenting strategy fueled wireframes and mockups with best practices in mind, on deadline.
The UX/UI Designer will work in conjunction with the entire production and client management team. They are primarily responsible for designing strategy fueled UX/UI optimized wireframes and mockups with best practices in mind, on deadline.
It is imperative that the UX/UI Designer have the fundamentals of client communication down, and are able to convey the rationale behind their design choices and back it up with real data. They’re able to work closely and effectively with clients to achieve a shared vision.
UX/UI Designers are part of a design team, and actively assist with other deliverables when web-based work is light to ensure that the entire team is successful. This may take the form of e-books, print advertisements, branding deliverables, email creation, etc.
CREATE CONVERSION OPTIMIZED DESIGNS. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for working with internal team members to create user focused, conversion optimized designs. They will assist in the user’s journey, and display content in a pleasing manner to influence the user to convert. The UX/UI Designer will maintain and improve retainer client websites, as well as tackle new website projects.
QUALITY ASSURANCE OF DEVELOPMENT. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for ensuring that the final developed product matches the client approved mockups.
HAS A “TEAM FIRST” MENTALITY. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for working with the rest of the production and client management teams to complete marketing activities as needed. If web-based design work is not readily available, the UX/UI Designer will be expected to assist with any activities possible. If done successfully, all client work is completed on time and is of the highest quality.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. The industry of web design and digital marketing moves very fast, therefore it is critical that the UX/UI Designer spends time regularly to improve their skills. Areas of focus include design and UX/UI trends, tactic effectiveness, client communication, agency trends and best practices, management, and coding languages.
