The Copywriter at PHOS Creative will reside on our marketing team and support a team of account executives by producing engaging, and effective copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, video storyboards, and more for our clients.

As the Copywriter, you are tasked with creating exemplary content that is optimized for search engines, is strategic in resonating with target audiences, and moves the needle for our client goals and KPIs. This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for someone who loves to work on a team, loves to think creatively, and has a huge passion for writing.

    MONITOR, ANALYZE, AND OPTIMIZE. The Marketing Consultant is expected to continuously analyze client marketing initiatives. They are responsible for optimizing website performance, strategizing and creating lead generating campaigns, managing paid advertising, assisting in SEO, and more.

    STRATEGIZE AND BE A PARTNER. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Marketing Consultant is expected to be a strategic partner for current, future, and new marketing campaigns. Their goal is to build partnerships through trust and reliability with Lone Fir’s clients.

    HAS A “TEAM FIRST” MENTALITY. The Marketing Consultant is responsible for working inter-connectedly across departments (sales, design, development, content, and production) to complete marketing initiatives. They will also participate in any internal marketing activities as needed.

    CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. The digital marketing industry moves very fast, therefore it’s critical that the Marketing Consultant is obsessed with learning and interested in regularly improving their skills. Areas of focus may include website performance trends, lead generation strategies, client communication, agency trends and best practices, as well as new and emerging digital marketing trends.

    REGULARLY CONTRIBUTES TO THE AGENCY’S CONTENT STRATEGY. We are our own best client, and too uphold that standard, we must do as we advise clients to do. The Marketing Consultant will be required to create editorial content for our website. We’re proud to be thought leaders in our industry so this is an opportunity for our team members to share their industry knowledge and have an important voice on all things inbound marketing. The Marketing Consultant will contribute to the overall content strategy of the agency through (but not limited to): written blogs, pillar pages, videos, webinars, etc. If done successfully, content assignments will be completed on deadline and will contribute to organic web traffic and subsequently leads for the agency.
