The objective
Buoy partnered with us to scale its email and CRM strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience from first purchase to long-term retention. The goal was to build a robust multi-channel digital marketing strategy, enhancing customer touchpoints across email, SMS, and transactional communications while optimizing automation through Klaviyo and Shopify.
