Omni-channel media buy strategy for language learning app.

Project Overview
ZIZO is a web-based platform that encourages workplace gamification and manages performance data to help with business growth.
The Objective
Our goal was to overhaul their UX and UI to keep employees engaged and active. Gen Z and millennials thrive off a culture rooted in reward and recognition. Finding new ways to keep employees engaged and enthusiastic has become a necessity.
Audited and Expanded
After auditing the existing product, we created flow maps for both management and employee experiences. We then created a customizable avatar system, contests, a rewards store, and more for the employee view. The business intelligence interface also received a refresh to improve user experience for understanding what’s working and what isn’t.
Reskinned and Expanded
We gave their platform a completely new look, updated all of the graphic assets, reorganized the content, and refined the way the information is displayed. We also rebuilt the avatar system using 3D software, adding more customization and personalized animations, as well as expanding the asset gallery to over 200 items.

Wireframing
The main dashboard needed particular attention to ensure a good user experience. A large amount of information needed to be displayed in a way that is clear and easy to understand.



Data Visualization
One of the strengths of the ZIZO platform is data management. We used different types of graphs according to the type of data, as well as a specific color code to clearly visualize key data at a glance.

Grid System
All of ZIZO’s content is laid out in content cards. We developed a grid system to maintain consistency throughout the project.
Avatar Editor
The editor enables users to update their avatar. Hair, clothing, and all asset colors are fully editable.

Endless Customization
We built a gallery of over 200 interchangeable assets to bring each user’s avatar to life.

Chests and Rewards
We designed five different chest levels. Each level has its own custom animations and color palette to indicate the type of reward earned.


Badge System
We developed a five-tier badge system. Users advance by gaining experience points and completing awards.


Responsive Usage
We created three different sizes of badges to be used on different occasions.


Rank Elements
As the user attains a higher rank, the badges gain special visual elements.

Dashboard
The dashboard is the core of the ZIZO platform. We wanted the information to be easily accessible and clear.

Reward Store
By accessing the reward store, the user can exchange coins for physical and digital items, view the status of their orders, and add items to their wishlist.

Avatar Editor
The editor enables users to update their avatar. Hair clothing, as well as all asset colors are fully all editable.

Insight Tools
These tools let the user set goals and show their progress through time. They also provide insight into user performance in different technical aspects.




Achievements
By completing certain tasks, the user will be able to earn rewards, motivating them to keep achieving their goals.

Gameplay
In this part of the platform, managers can access all of the information about general and user-specific performance. The information is color-coded in easy-to-read graphs.

Business Intelligence
We designed two main flows for gameplay. Managers have full control over the type of gameplay, the goals, and which participants are involved.
