You can go the old-fashioned route by doing a little right-click inspection of elements and dig through the CSS styles. OR you can just click a Chrome extension. WhatFont is the free, easy tool to be a font detective. It hovers over an element and identifies the font used, but it also detects the services used for serving the web fonts and supports Typekit and Google Font API.

Proto.io

We love us some mock-ups! A prototyping tool helps a designer to weave visuals, navigations, and interactions altogether. They’re an essential tool in any UI/UX designer’s belt. Proto.io is a web-based tool that comes with a bucketload of add-ons and features. Easy importing of Sketch and Photoshop files, VR prototyping, UI Libraries, and a whole lotta testing tools.
