Springtime Strawberry Shandy 🍓
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 6 ounces vodka
- 4 cans light lager beer
Steps

- In a blender add frozen strawberries and simple syrup.
- Squeeze half of a lemon over the strawberries.
- Add vodka.
- Cover the blender and blend about 1 – 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher or mason jar.
- Fill glasses with beer.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of the strawberry mixture over the back of a spoon slowly over each beer.
- Serves 4
