High King Highball
Ingredients
- Raspberries
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 dash bitters
- Club soda
- Ice
- Lemon slices for garnish
Steps
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries and simple syrup.
- Add the whiskey, Aperol, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and bitters into the shaker with ice
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Fine-strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with the club soda.
