Wednesday: You’ve probably heard of “Pick Two: Good/Fast/Cheap.” Each pair gives you a different result and you shouldn’t expect to get all three.

Pumpkin Pie White Russian 🎃
- 1 oz pumpkin spice Kahlua
- 1 oz whipped cream or vanilla flavored vodka
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk (of your choosing)
- A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)
- Measure boozes, milk, pumpkin puree, and a few ice cubes into a martini shaker.
- Shake it like a leaf in the wind.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
