Owl & Oak is a modern European lifestyle brand that makes beautiful, meaningful, sustainable baby and children products for your home. Our mission is to have open conversations around emotional and mental health and how it affects families with a big focus on ending parent shaming. We are not only a product brand but a lifestyle brand that is looking to tell a story and bring change. We are still in the baby stage and have not even launched yet. We are now looking for a freelance Graphic Designer who can handle all our design needs ranging from social media marketing assets, emails, packaging, brochures and guides to much more. We are looking for someone who we can work with on a long term as-needed basis.

    – Ensure quality product photography, lifestyle imagery, and graphics are presented to consumers.
    – Manage internal resources or freelance partners to produce product copy.

    Qualifications:
    -6+ years of experience in eCommerce site merchandising for a consumer product business, apparel is a plus.
    -Proven skill with web analytics, specifically Google Analytics & Data Studio.
    -Strong, proven, advanced skill with Excel.
    -Experience with Shopify required, SearchSpring a plus.
    -Diagnostic mindset – with skill in identifying key data points to drive actions.
    -Creative streak with strong writing skills, photography, or graphics experience.
    -Track record of strong collaboration across teams and being an engaged and cooperative member of a small team.
    -Experience working remote, or with little oversight.
    -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or similar, MBA is a plus.

    The UX/UI Designer will work with the entire production and client management team. They are primarily responsible for designing and presenting strategy fueled wireframes and mockups with best practices in mind, on deadline.

    UX/UI Designers are part of a design team, and actively assist with other deliverables when web-based work is light to ensure that the entire team is successful. This may take the form of e-books, print advertisements, branding deliverables, email creation, etc.

    CREATE CONVERSION OPTIMIZED DESIGNS. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for working with internal team members to create user focused, conversion optimized designs. They will assist in the user’s journey, and display content in a pleasing manner to influence the user to convert.
