Papa Doble (The Hemingway Daiquiri)

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce Maraschino liqueur
  • ½ ounce ruby red grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a coup glass.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge.
  5. Now go fight some bulls, write some stories, raise some cats, or get into some international shenanigans.
