Green Goddess Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 cups organic pineapple juice
- ½ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 kiwis, peeled + sliced
- 1 medium Granny smith apple, sliced (skin on)
- ¼ cup raw honey
- Pinch of sea salt
- Organic ginger beer or sparkling water
- Garnish: Fresh thyme sprigs, sliced apples and kiwi, lime
Steps
- In a bowl, add the pineapple juice, lemon juice, sliced kiwis and apples, mulling everything together until fruit i broken down. Add in the honey and salt, mixing everything together until combined.
- Add crushed ice to glasses), add 3-4 tbsps of mulled kiwi and apples to bottom of glass, followed by ⅓ cup of mocktail liquid mixture until glasses are ½ filled.Garnish, top with ginger beer or sparkling water
