Calling Tab Hoarders
How many tabs do you have open right now? Ok, maybe not too many if you’re reading this in the am. But, by the afternoon, probably quite a few.
Today’s tool is going to make tabbing a little easier. It’s called Copy All Urls. It’s a Google Chrome extension that gives you the ability to um, COPY ALL THE URLS.
What we like: The ability to copy, paste and open/reopen tabs is quick and easy. The links will open in multiple tabs. It’s great if you’re doing some research and need to save links for another time without bookmarking.
What we don’t like: We like it.

LMGTFY
Here’s one for all you jokesters out there. We all have that friend on Facebook who posts every and any question they can think of. Meanwhile, you’re thinking, “Yo, just Google it.”
Enter ‘Let me Google that for you,’ aka LMGTFY.
Here’s how it works: Head over to the site and type in your friends’ question. It’ll spit out a link. Copy that link and send to your friend. Bam!
What we like: It makes for a good subtle burn.
What we don’t like: n/a

This is a Given
With all that Facebook Audience Insight talk, we couldn’t not feature it as our tool of the day.
Seriously, just head over to your Ads Manager and have some fun. We guarantee you’ll uncover some new interests to target.
What we like: There’s a ton of data to use and it’s easy to save new audiences through Insights.
What we don’t like: No complaints.

Maximize Productivity
Todoist is a simple and powerful to-do list app that’ll help you get organized no matter what device you’re on.
What we like: Clean UI. Simple interface. The integrations and labeling system are on point!
What we don’t like: The free version is a bit limiting.

Stories Creator
Now that we’ve debunked some IG algorithm stuff, let’s talk about a sweet tool for your stories.
It’s called Stories Creator by Buffer. If you’re looking for a quick and dirty way to spit out an image for your stories, head over to Stories Creator here. It’s web-based and about as simple as can be.
What we like: It’s completely free. The UI is clean and super straight forward.
What we don’t like: 0 of the things.

Remove That Background
Today’s tool is 🔥 …And a great example of a clear and concise message.
Here it is: Remove Image Background – 100% automatically – in 5 seconds (free)
You had us at 100% automatically. It’s called remove.bg and it’s amazing. We tried a bunch of images and it works like a champ.
Pros: fast, easy, free
Cons: the free version exports smaller images

Shoe Dog
Need some inspo? Head over to Amazon and get “Shoe Dog,” the story of Nike. This book is everything it’s cracked up to be and more. It shows the messy path of entrepreneurship, the dumb luck it takes (sometimes), and the perseverance it takes to push through the dark times.
Shoe Dog is loaded with insights and lessons on how to live your brand. We highly recommend. Just do it!

Fast Screencasts
Sometimes you gotta share your screen. Whether it’s a quick tutorial, an IT issue, you name it.
Say hello to Recordit; a free screencast recording app. The best part about it…no editing skills are required. Just download it, open and click record.
What we like: The free version is plenty sufficient. As soon as you stop recording, it spits out a link. We ran a test recording. Check it out here.
What we don’t like: It might take a couple minutes to export the recording based on the length of the video. Be patient.

Google Data Studio
Now that you’re diving deep into those KPIs, how about some branded reports with data visualizations to share with your team and clients? Enter Google Data Studio.
If you’re using it already 👊🏽, if not we highly recommend it.
What we like: It allows you to combine multiple data sources (Facebook and Google Analytics) in one report. Basically, any data that is in a Google Sheet can be combined. There are hundreds of templates to choose from.
What we don’t like: It’s super robust, which is great, but there’s definitely a learning curve. We recommend watching some YouTube tutorials.
If you don’t wanna do any of this, hit us up for your analytics strategy. We have a thing for data.
