Make a List

Where are my list-makers? I make lists for myself relentlessly because I’m a very task-centered kinda gal. Pros/cons, to-dos, grocery, you name it; I’ll make a list for it.

To help my fellow list-makers, I decided to share the listing tools I’ve used in the past and what I do now.

First, classic pen and paper. When my work is on the computer 24/7 sometimes a good ol’ colored sticky note is my best friend. But I’ve upgraded to using a Moleskine Notebook.

When it comes to digital tools, I use Trello to keep my work-related tasks organized, and I have the EverNote app on my phone for everyday use.

Just One More Thing

Duck and cover people because Aldi just knocked this ad out of the park.

I saw this ad on tv while I watched the Grinch (the Jim Carey version), and immediately decided I had to share with y’all. Why?

I know for a fact Aldi did their research here. Quick backstory, as someone who worked at Aldi for over three years, I can tell you this ad is stupid accurate.

If I got a dollar for every time I was on register and a customer said, “I only came in for one thing but I’m leaving with a cart full,” you guys, I would be chillin’ on a beach somewhere.

It may not be groundbreaking, but I know 100% it speaks to their audience. And that makes it great!
