What We Learned

Tuesday: If you’re looking to level up your ad campaigns in 2023, try experimenting with your approach to targeting. Shift up to 10% of your budget at a time. Always set aside a sum for A/B testing, which you should be doing whether your satisfied with performance or not. And, of course, always be monitoring your analytics.

Wednesday: CTAs and SEO go a long way with TikTok’s FYP algorithm. The more you encourage positive user interactions with your content and sweat the small stuff—like captions, hashtags, and description keywords—the better your videos will perform.

Thursday: Have no fear. Generative AI isn’t coming for your job… yet. For now, tools like ChatGPT can actually enhance your workflow by coming up with keyword suggestions, drafting content for you, and even writing a little code.

Perhaps more interesting than the concept itself were the public’s varied reactions to quiet quitting, revealing our own relationships to productivity and the current cost-of-living crisis.
