Olive Oil Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz olive oil
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Steps
- In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, egg white, olive oil and simple syrup.
- Dry shake, 30 seconds. Add ice and shake, 30 seconds.
- Strain into a coup glass. Top with bitters and a sage leaf.
