Tuesday: We ❤️ Litmus! Litmus is one of our favorite email resources and they’re always down to be email guinea pigs, sharing their findings with the world. Litmus has done it again by giving their 2021 State of Email Report full of statistics and strategies for emails now and in 2022.
Wednesday: Where else can you turn if something isn’t on Wikipedia? Shivar Web covered how to use Wikipedia as a content and SEO tool. Our favorite pieces of advice:
- Find Wiki articles related to your content that are missing citations and see if your links would help it out.
- Topic research is a breeze when you can drill down to the right terminology.
- Making a Wikipedia page for your org might be a good move for you to support Google SEO.

A Big Ol' Batch of Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup dark rum
Steps
- Bring water, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt to a boil in a saucepan over moderately high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in rum.
- Serve it up hot.
