Frozen Ginger Mint Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 10 mint sprigs
  • Âľ oz simple syrup
  • Âľ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger ale
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • Mint sprigs and lime wedge for garnish

Mint Mocktail

Steps

  1. In a blender, add ice, mint, simple syrup, lime juice, and ginger ale. Blend until desired consistency.
  2. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with mint sprigs and lime wedge.
