Ingredients

• 6 cups water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups bourbon
• 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
• 2 tablespoons Luxardo cherry juice
• 1/4 cup bitters
• Luxardo cherries and orange slices

Steps

• Stir water and sugar together in a large saucepan. Stir continuously and bring to a boil. Cook for about five minutes.
• Let it cool completely!
• Stir in the bourbon, orange juice concentrate, cherry juice, and bitters. Pour the whole mixture into a freezer-safe baking dish.
• Freeze for at least 10 hours.
• Stir it up with a fork and scoop it into a glass 3/4 of the way.
• Top off the rest with lemon-lime soda.
• Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
